I have been on my Reiki journey for over 15 years, and have been a Reiki Master Teacher for around a decade.

Reiki found me when was at a low point and at a crossroads in my life, and I firmly believe it has helped me to navigate my way forward since.

As a Reiki Master Practitioner, I utilise my skills to help people overcome physical and emotional obstacles. My role involves pinpointing blockages and negative energy patterns within your body's energy field and chakras.

By channelling positive healing energy, I help in the restoration of the natural energy flow within you.

I am also a qualified Advanced Crystal Healing Therapist, Chakra Healing Practitioner, Colour, Sound and Vibrational Therapist and Crystal & Colour Reflexologist.
